Episode Transcript

Thank you for tuning in. I'm Greg. I'm Mike. And we are the Pickleballers Next Door. We are for the Joes and not the pros. Your court, our court. Welcome to the Pickleballers Next Door. I'm Greg. I'm Mike. And I'm Christana. Heck yeah. Newbie here. Newbie. Heck yeah. Newbie. Newbie. Newbie. So we're out here today at the start of the Rocky Mountain Championship. Wind starts. First time it's blown today. Which feels good. It's getting a little warm out here. It's been warm, but it's not hot. This weekend's going to be pretty hot. So come prepared. Yeah. Drink lots of water. Yeah. Get hydrated. Yeah. Definitely. We got one of our holy right here. Right next to us. Yeah. You need to get hydrated. We got holy right here. Yeah. Definitely. So you need to come over and see this gentleman. So he's one of our sponsors. So your first tournament, Christana. Yes. What do you think? What's your thoughts? I think it's going to be fun. That's great. You ready to get in there? I am. You're ready to do talent? I want to be. Oh, you're ready. Yeah. I'm ready. I'm ready. Because the only way I think that I'll get better is to do competition, right? Yes. The only problem is the ladies seem to be more angry that play. I don't know. Really? Have you ever noticed that? I mean, I'm not saying this to be bad. Okay. No. No. I haven't. I haven't noticed. No. When they play, not when you play like the, you know, couples. It's when they play against each other. I've not noticed. Are they going to make me cry? Yes. Yes. I think they will. Will you guys stick up for me then? No. No. You're on your own. You're on your own. You get tough. Yeah. You got to get tough. So, have you been watching any of the games while they've been going on? Honestly, I have not watched a lot just because I'm managing the tent over here. Yeah. Yeah. But I will tomorrow a lot more. What are you managing? I'm managing our sweet sip CBD drink and also kind of managing helping with the pickleballers next door. We need some help. We need some help. Yeah. Yeah. Like a lot. Oh, yeah. Oh, geez. That's true. Wow. I'll admit it. Come out and get your sweet sip before the tournament. Calm your nerves. Calm your anxiety. Get out there and play. Come spin our wheel. I mean, Greg did a hug today. Yeah. Great hug. You'll see some pictures of that here on our Instagram. Come down. Spin the wheel. Get a hug. Win a t-shirt. Win a drink. Who knows what's going to happen? Who knows? Come meet us. Yeah. So, yeah, we're excited to be here. We're going to put all the vendors on here over the weekend. And some of these players, we're going to get their reaction on how they thought this went. Absolutely. It's going to be a great weekend. Heck, yeah. We'll see you tomorrow. See you tomorrow. Sounds good. Thank you, guys. Hey, we're back. We have a special guest. Yes. Yes. Badass player. Oh, man. Yeah. I've had the chance to be in the court with her, and I don't want to go back in the court with her. So tell us about you. Tell us your name. Tell us everything. All right. My name is Sherry Chow, and I have played pickleball for 12 years. I teach. Wow. I have two courts in my yard. Yes. You're the court. I'm the courts lady. Oh, that's it. But before that, I played 40 years of competitive tennis, badminton, racquetball. Oh, my gosh. Squash, everything. Squash. Squash. Squash. Squash. Squash. Squash. Squash. It shows. Oh, my God. She's a racquet sport lover. She is. You are amazing. We've watched you today. Amazing. Thank you. I hope to be that good. Oh. I don't think you miss a shot. I just don't. Oh, I did. I definitely did. So I'll tell you the first time I met her was when I was working at Third Shot, and I ended up playing with you like twice, and got thoroughly wrecked. I had a really good partner. Who was it? It was? Sarah. Sarah. Sarah Houser. Yeah. No, she took me to the cleaners. I didn't even have a chance. I was still kind of fresh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No. She's real good. So tell us about you. How did you get into pickleball? Okay. I played, like I said, 40 years of 5.0 tennis, and I played competitive badminton and squash and racquetball and platform tennis, and my body's starting to break down. I needed to get a new hip, and when I came off the hip, I said, now what can I do? And Arvada put in eight courts at the time, and then finished it with 24, so I figured that was my calling, and then when COVID came, we couldn't really use the courts, so we built our own. Oh, yeah. It's been fun. That's awesome. Yeah. Nice. You get to play with some pretty fun players and some upper-end players. Yeah, and every time I leave town for a tournament, I come back, and I go, why did I leave? It's beautiful here. I can play. I can get beat here quite easily, so I love coming back to Colorado, just the weather's best. Do you teach all levels? I do. I do, yeah. Out of Arvada? In Arvada. Yeah. Do you have a pickleball at best? Yeah. Okay. Love it. Love it. Yes. So she's our fresh take on pickleball. She's brand new. We just got her addicted. Okay. I love it, and it is an addiction. Yeah. It is. Yeah. It's a great community. Oh, it's a great community. You meet so many people. I've had over 800 people play at my courts. Oh, my gosh. So, I mean, it's just like, wow. Yeah. We're ready to be 803. Okay. Come on in. Come on in. We need to do a podcast out there. Yeah. We'll bring a barbecue, and we'll do the barbecue. Yeah. We'll get Kyle to go with us, drive with us to Pickle Con, and do a podcast all the way out. That would be fun. It would be. Yeah. He said no. He said no way. He said, I got better things to do. So how did you feel about the Rocky Mountain this year? It's a great tournament. It's well set up, well run, and beautiful days. I mean, it's hot, but it's well run. No wind today, though. That's the only thing here. You can get some windy days here. Yeah. It's hot. It's hot, but it's not Florida hot. No. It's not. There's no humidity, but it is pretty hot. Yeah. And we haven't had a good setup for that. We've had so much rain and cold. Oh, yeah. Right. It's like first hot day, you're out on the court. Well, on Tuesday, it was raining, and it was like in the 60s. Yeah. I like that. Muddy where I was. Yeah. And you're non-pickleballers. When you're on a court, it's like being in a microwave if it's 100 degrees. It is. It's cooking you. Yeah. Another 10 degrees out on that court. And then you run around. And then you run around. Yeah. Very cool. Listen to this. People having fun. Oh, having a great time. That's the best part about this. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, right behind us. Over this way. Oh, this way. I love it. I love it. Oh, yeah. They are. How come you're not up there? I don't know. It didn't work out today. I was planning on, but some didn't. You sure look good. I mean, I watch you. I was back here in the shadows watching you, but you play so well. It's so natural. I mean, I guess all the racquet sports, it's just, you don't even think about it. I think you were on your phone once hitting the ball. Yeah. No, but I did play a match once at Nationals, and they kept picking on me because I was the girl and I was having a good day. And finally, my partner says to me, hey, text me if you need me. Yeah. I've done that. Yeah. I've been there. Yeah. You're just kind of there and watching everything happen. Yeah. You're not getting any balls. So you might as well. Put your paddle in your pocket. Hold your arms. You're like, all right. When you're done, let me know. Yeah. I love that. Yeah. It was fun. Yeah. It was fun. It was a fun job. And Ricky's taking this over and some other people. Yeah. And I think it's moving. I mean, I remember the couple of times I played. I lived here. I had a little cot here. Yeah. You should have. Yeah. They had a little glitch, I think, last year. They did. They did. And the year before. And the year before. Shout out to Ricky. By the time I got out on the court that time, I was already melting. Oh, yeah. The cue. Remember the cue? Yeah. Yeah. I was like, oh, you're in the cue. Oh, three hours later. Yeah. Wow. Because you get all ready. You wouldn't eat. Oh, my gosh. It's tough. It's a wonder nobody went in off in the ambulance on that. Yeah. That may have been. You know what's good about this tournament is they let us old people play early. Nice. Because if you start me at 2 o'clock, you might as well have that ambulance out there. Well, I'm going to be honest. If I play after 6, it's like I've never played in my life. Yeah. Yeah. 6 o'clock. I'm a morning person. Meets me as well. Like, I think 8 o'clock is my bedtime. So 6 to 8, I'm trashed. Yeah. Yeah. That's a lot faster during the day. Yeah. Well, if you're training, why don't you want to do a shout out to where people could find you to get some lessons? No. I'm out in Arvada on Orion Street on the west end of Arvada. And yes. And how do they get a hold of you? Email. Email. You want to give it out. You don't have to. My email is sherrychao at msn.com or phone number. Up to you. Up to you. Uh oh. Up to you. We don't have to. Let them email you. Email's good. Email's good. Yeah. Let them email you and then you can give them the number. Yeah. There you go. You're going to get some weird calls. You're going to get a call from Myanmar and be like, what is this? You want a lesson? I did have a guy call me from an airplane coming out of New York and he wanted a lesson and he took an Uber to the house. That was pretty cool. That's cool. That's really awesome. That was real cool. Yeah. He was good. And he wanted to be a pro over in New York and there was hardly any courts, but he says, we play between the big buildings. And so he was like, so amazed with the space we had. I'd love to see it. I'd love to come and see it. Yeah. It's pretty. I don't know if I'll play with you, but I'll come see it. I'll play with him. You can come play with me. You can teach me. There you go. There you go. I have these coasters at home and they say, I'm the okayest pickleball player. And the other one says, I play pickleball and I know things. I love that one. That's really good. That's awesome. And drinks well with others. Dinks well with others. Heck yeah. Definitely. I love it. And all of it's true. Yeah. Well, I just want to thank you for coming on our podcast and you're always a pleasure and just, you want to watch somebody play. She's just incredible. Thank you. So Sherry Chow, everybody. Check her out. You don't have an Instagram? Pardon? You don't have Instagram? I do have Instagram. Tell us what that is. I don't know. I hardly use it. You know, I'm old. We don't do those things. I got on to watching my kids, you know? I understand. Yeah. Well, you could DM us. Greg. Greg could probably get you in connection. There you go. And we're going to get, we're going to get, we're going to pay for some lessons because he's not fun to play with right now. There you go. Actually, we just had our courts resurfaced and I told the guy resurfacing them, free lessons. Get your butt out here. You need to know what pickleball's about so you can build courts with correct distance. I checked out one at a garage sale the other day and the fence was one foot behind the baseline. Oh my God. Somebody didn't tell him how to play pickleball. So yeah. Oh man. It's like useless. Yeah. Yeah. Just put planners in it. Yeah. So anyway. I can take all the advice. I can't. I can't. You know. I mean, I'm starting out. He's doing good. Yeah. I mean, I'm okay. He's doing good. We need to get her out of the twos. Yeah. Out of the twos. Twos are better. Get her a two, nine, three. That'd be good. I'd be happy with that. Get her into the threes and we'll be happy. There you go. There you go. Well, and then tomorrow you have something exciting, right? Yes. My daughter's having a baby. My baby's having a baby. My youngest one's having a little boy named Bodie. Oh, how awesome. Yeah. And my dog is Brody. So this is going to be hard for me. Yeah. So anyway, it'll be fun. So yeah. I'm not playing tomorrow. Congratulations. Yes. Yes. And thanks for being on. We really appreciate you. You're welcome. Thank you so much. Have a great day. Take care. Okay. Bye-bye. Now we're here with Kyle Yates. Yeah. I don't know if anybody knows who Kyle Yates is, but he's pretty big in pickleball. Pretty big. Yeah. He's real big. I'm used to playing these tournaments, not running them. Right. So how's it going? Yeah. It's rocking and rolling. I mean, it's just a great celebration of Colorado Pickleball. You know, we got a lot of divisions, over 700 players this weekend. It's hot, a little breezy, but we're having a good time. Heck yeah, we are. I mean, I'm enjoying watching all the levels play so far, but I'm really looking forward to some of the 5.0 stuff going on. 5.0 Open, right? Well, I'm itching to play. You know, I get to watch all these other people and help them get on court, but I'm ready for my turn. We're going to have to get you some water. I think you're dehydrated. I see you're running. It looks like you're in a sprint. Trying. Well, I think I can get out to the backcourts before the text message gets there. Right? That's right. Yeah. That's good. Do you have any questions? No. I mean, I'm just thankful to be here with you today. Just in awe of Tyler. Oh, yeah. This is good. I'm like, wow. Now I got to watch you play. Yeah. So she is a Pickler member, and I think I told you 2.0 at best. You know, he's so kind to me. And you're like, okay. Now he's like walking away going, I can't even talk to her. No. So, yeah, we're looking forward to Steamboat next. Can't wait. Can't wait. Next month. I've actually never been to Steamboat, but I've heard great things. And the facility up there looks gorgeous. We're going to have to go to the hot springs. Just not at night. Not with you. Yeah, that could be a little weird. With witnesses. At night, it's clothing optional. So I don't want to go with you at night. But I will go with you during the day. Are you going to run it? Or are you going to play in it? Both. Oh, good. Yeah. Obviously, running the tournament is my priority as the host and co-tournament director. I just want everyone to have a good time. But also, I want to play, too. So we'll try to squeeze it in. But my priority is running the tournament first and foremost. I got to tell you, it's running very well. I know you're doing a lot, and you got to work out the bugs. For you, you see the other side. You hear the people playing. Sure. So it's nice. Compared to what it's been a few years ago. Sure. Well, we've got a new team this year. And it's bigger and better than ever. Certainly bigger than ever. But yeah, we got a new team. So we're ironing out some of the kinks the first couple of days. But each day gets a little bit better. And we're learning a lot. So the next few events, especially Steamboat, I think they're going to be great. We're looking forward to it. That's awesome. Thanks, Kyle, for being on, man. We'll see you around. Yeah. Yeah. If you guys are in the Denver area, at least maybe even the Littleton area, come out Sunday afternoon and watch some of the pro finals. We've got all day, noon till probably about 5 o'clock. We've got all the pro finals. Women's singles, men's singles, men's, women's doubles, mixed doubles. So come out, check it out here at Clement Park. I love it. You're going to be there too, right? I hope to be playing in three of those matches. We'll see. All right, everybody. Thanks, Kyle. Kyle Yates. Yeah. Thanks, man. Thank you, Kyle. You guys ready? Yeah. All relaxed? All relaxed. Good. We're sipping on great beverages. Heck yeah. So we are here with Danny and Cora from Living Well. The Live Well Center. Thank you. Live Well Center. So why don't you tell us a little bit about what you guys do and how you got involved? Sure. So I'm a trained physician assistant. I've been practicing general Western medicine for over 16 years and then practicing functional medicine and nutrition and counseling people on how to actually get out of taking medications for the past 12 years. I like it. I like it. Very nice. Very nice. Right? And then with everything that's kind of happened over the last five years to make us a little bit more health aware of, hey, how can we treat our bodies with our feet and our fork? Really through a lot of prayer and challenges and lots of different things with career changes and everything, God put it on my heart that, you know what, we need more centers that are about mind, body, soul because ultimate healing doesn't just come from one aspect of health, but it has to come from all the pillars of health, which is physical, mental, emotional, and social. And if we could merge all those together, then, hey, what if we had a wellness center that incorporated all those things where we teach people how to eat healthy, how to move well, right? Like Danny says, Danny, what's your famous thing? Movement heals. It just has to be the right one. Oh, we like it. Yeah. I like that. Right. And then you don't have a dartboard. No, we should have a dartboard. That would actually be a really good idea. So I'm going to tell you, I went to a doctor once and I said, because I have gout, and I was like, I need some medication. And he's like, oh, what do your pills look like? And he brought up on his phone, he's like, that one, that one, that one, I was like, what kind of doctor are you? Right. Like you got your license out of a Cracker Jack box. Well, and really gout is a protein metabolism deficiency. So if you have gout, that means that you have uric acid building up, which is a protein metabolism. So, hey, what if we fixed your protein metabolism? And then there goes your gout, right? So then your toe doesn't hurt when you're on vacation and you're not crippled in pain. Don't ruin it. Right. So what can we change medically with our feet and our fork? And that's what we like to do at the Live Well Center. We want to help you change things and ultimately see, hey, how can we help you changing your fork? What are we eating? What are we putting into our body? And then what do we change with your feet? How do we help you with movement? Movement heals. Movement has to be the right one. So that's what we do at the Live Well Center, where we want to support you, mind, body, and soul. And so that's our whole idea. That's nice. I like that a lot. I really do. It's better than, hey, you really need to go on a diet and lose weight, but like, have fun. Sometimes that's more complicated than just like, go change how you're eating. Like, where does that even begin? Right. I definitely want to get your number because I go to the doctor. I'm almost 60 years old. The first thing I do is get a paper and pen out and they get the long chart and then let's go through your medicine. Right. I'm like, what medicine? Right. No, come on. You're on medicine. I'm like, I'm not on medicine. Amen. I take vitamins. Hey, that is awesome. But I want to definitely get your number. Not bad for a 70-year-old, huh? Not bad. Hey, hey. Well, and I think that's the biggest thing is what we like to do first on our evaluation is, hey, tell me what your average food intake looks like. How much water are you drinking? What does your movement look like? What are your stresses? Right? As we all know, we live in America. We love stress. We love running on cortisol. That is a huge detriment once we pass 40. I always say I was fine when I was 39 and 364 days old. 39 and 365 days old, that metabolism changed. It does. Definitely. It changes. We do like food. We all like food. And we just need it to be the right one. Sometimes we're a little gluttonous. I know. It's all about balance. I'm always about the 80-20 lifestyle. Hey, if 80% of the time I can eat well, do things well, don't get me wrong, I have a coffee weakness and I actually have a Taco Bell weakness, but I try to suppress that one because- I learn something new about you all the time. Right? I know. I just told you guys my secret. Can I tell you something about Taco Bell? It's disgusting. I ate Taco Bell in junior high on a field trip and I shit my pants. That's me. Thanks for sharing. You're welcome. There's a hilarious meme. It's like, why do people pay hundreds of dollars for a colon cleanse when you can get a Taco Bell box for $5? There you go. Right. Exactly. It's so true. That's the pizza that- The Mexican pizza. That's what did it for me, Mike. That's what did it for me. There you go. Right? Yeah. I like it. That's my favorite. Right? Well, this is one of the big things, right? So you have a pickleball podcast. Who likes to play pickleball? Mostly adults, but you know what I love? I think about it and I love it. I love it. I love all the schoolers that I mentor- This place is packed. Oh my gosh. Till 10 o'clock at night when they shut it down. Oh yeah. But one of the biggest things is muscle is longevity, right? So we want to help people to build muscle and we all know because we're all over 39 and 364 days old is that we need to decrease inflammation in our bodies so that we keep our joints healthy so we can keep moving. How do we help with building our muscle? How do we help our gut heal? Because everything starts with our fork and what we love to do is to educate you on why you need to change things because our skin and our gut are really protecting us from the outside world, right? Like I love a good steak, but that steak is not a part of me. So my gut has to protect me to absorb good nutrients and bad nutrients. Yeah. And look at the internet. I mean, watching TikTok, what is the new blue stuff? My brain's going to turn blue and if I take this blue stuff, I'm going to have a clearer mind. That's right. I love, I love this actually. So how many people come in? So I saw on TikTok or I was listening to the Joe Rogan podcast or the Huberman podcast and I was like, you want peptides? Yes, I want peptides. So I love that all this information is out there on the internet. My biggest advice to you would be find a good health consultant that can help you on, hey, do you really need methylene blue or is my brain just going to turn blue, right? Hey, maybe instead of methylene blue, we tweak your diet a little bit. We change what we're eating. Maybe we add a little B vitamins, right? We kind of change things around. You necessarily don't need it. Is methylene blue bad? No, but it also needs to be dose right. And finding somebody that you trust in the health field is so important and that's what we want to do. Right, Dani? Well, I think the big part we see on Instagram that comes into us and TikTok for us is not just like you were describing, like, should I or not take this? What movements should a person be doing? What workouts should they be doing? I always tell people the minute you start saying that you go exercise is the minute you need to change your mindset. Because if you go from workouts to exercise, you've already kind of defeated yourself. I believe you should always have a workout that is a challenge for your fitness level. So yeah, I get questions all the time like, should I be doing this for my legs? And I'm like, well, you know, maybe we could figure that out as we get the right movement for you. Or yeah, but let's add to it. So on one hand, social media brings us in really good questions and conversation starters. On the other, I'm like, let's not even talk about that one. But yeah, there's some real garbage on the Internet. I think intentional people in their own health have the right questions and they want to have a real conversation about it. So where are you located? We are in Southwest Littleton. So we're right near King Carl and C470. And do you have other locations? Nope. We just opened a year and a half ago and we are thriving. And so we offer a bunch of services. So I do functional medicine. And so that means that, you know, everything that we've just talked about, so really working with your diet and nutrition, we do IV therapy because some people don't absorb vitamins very well. So we love helping people with IV therapy. We help with detoxification. And then Danny is our functional movement specialist. We also have a nutritionist. And then we just opened a personal gym where we really get to help people with small group classes and personal training to help people with, hey, what do we figure out? How do we eat and how do we move? Nice. That's awesome. A one-stop shop. One-stop shop. Hell yeah. I love your theory and I've owned gyms and I used to personal train and do all that. I like pickleball now, but I still like to go to the gym. But I used to take people in for 10 minutes and that's it. I said, that's fun, isn't it? That's all I have to do. Yeah. That's it. Let you build up to it. Yeah. Me and my wife would go to the gym and we watch, we go to 24 Hour Fitness and these guys are taking these 60 year old people and these workouts like, what are you doing? Right. What are you doing? These poor people. So I love what you're doing. This is incredible. Well, and what I love, right, is we have some like 20 year old athletes that we're working with. Danny works with a lot of like college athletes and everything. And then we have high school too. We love helping like our local high schools out and everything. But my specialty is geriatrics. So I did for 12 years, I got to work with geriatrics. I say 80 plus year olds. And so that's you and I there, you know that, right? Well, it's so funny because I'm like, there's, there's a difference between a 60 years old and a 60 years young. Yes, definitely. And, and these are the lifestyle changes that we want to help people. And I think having the perspective of seeing people in assisted livings, how do we prevent that? Right? How do we help with your longevity? How do we help you thrive in our retirement years? Right? Because we retire, quote unquote, retire right at 65. How do we thrive if a third of our life is post retirement? Not how do we live? How do we thrive? You know it? We pick up pickleball, right? That's right. You thrive by helping others and playing pickleball. But you need all the ingredients. And I think that's what you're bringing to the table and being here at the pickleball. That's what we need. That's right. I mean, they need it because you play pickleball. Well I'm trying. Well, this is the funny thing, right? So I mentor high schoolers from Columbine high school. So we've come over here like almost every Wednesday and play. And I'm the handicap. I've dropped these accordingly from a five handicap to a two. So I must be getting better with all these kids. Marks of improvement. Plus, you train intensely twice a week. Your deadlift is just phenomenal. Well, thank you. I have a great personal trainer, Danny, that has helped me deadlift. The first time she told me, hey, you're going to deadlift 125 pounds, I laughed and said, I don't think so. And she said, yep, you're going to do it. And we did. And that's the great thing, too, about pickleball is that's the other piece of health that we don't think about is what I love about pickleball is it's about community, right? We are social beings that are meant to live in community. And I think that's one of my favorite things about watching pickleball. It is a phenomenal community. And that's probably one of the strengths of pickleball. It's been fun this week to be here with you guys and watch you all kind of thrive in your field and be across the way here on the main strip of vendors. And the community is unique in pickleball from little kids, junior league, clear up to, you know, my folks are in their early 70s and they play. That's why this is the fastest growing sport in the world. It's the only sport in the world that anybody can play. Yeah. Right. If you're even in your wheelchair, you have any problems, you can still play. It's one sport that anybody can play. Easy to play, hard to master. Yes. Yes. That's true, too. The junior movement's been really big lately with the PPA, you know, the PPA is the professional tour. Right. Isn't that PPA? No. Yeah. That's bull riding. So on this tour, they have all the pros that play there and then all the amateurs. But then they have a junior amateur and they are unbelievable. The movement is crazy. The median age now for pickleball is like 24 to 35. I would encourage parents to get their kids involved with this. The multidirectional coordination factor that comes in, the psychosocial side of learning to lose and win and what that should look and feel like, those are things that you should be learning in a young age and having to work through as you get into a more competitive spirit the older you get. Pickleball is a ticket for that kind of stuff. Heck yeah. And it's not going to kill your knees. That's true. You're not running like tennis. You're not running like baseball, soccer. I mean, you're going to short spurts, but I hope today people hear what you guys are talking about because if they want to go even longer and more and stretching and taking care of and taking in the right food, hydrating and doing those right things, they can play this till they're 100 years old. We know people. My oldest client that I have trained is 97 years old. I love that. He didn't move really fast, but he'd hit that ball and had the smile of his life. And I'll tell you that I've been body bagged by an 80-year-old. I have. That's why I'm not afraid to body bag an 80-year-old. Hey, did you body bag that guy? I did not. I was in Connecticut. That would have been you. I was in Connecticut. That's the fierce competitive spirit in pickleball. I body bagged an 80-year-old because he body bagged me already a couple times through the week. Show up. Let him learn. Why don't you guys give us a shout out to your e-mails, texas, your Instagram. Yeah, Texas. Yeah. Check us out. It's the sun. The sun is sun. I might need to come see you.
