Thank you for joining in. I'm Mike. I'm Kishanna. We're the Pickleballers Next Door. Every professional athlete, from football to tennis, relies on electrolytes to stay strong and recover fast. Why? Because sweat takes away more than water. It drains essential minerals like sodium and potassium. Without them, your body slows down and your game slips. Pickleball is no different. That's why HOLI is packed with the electrolytes you need to stay sharp, fueled, and ready to play longer. Visit HOLIPerformance.com. That's H-O-L-I-Performance.com. And use code NEXTDOOR for 20% off your order. Hi, guys. This is Kishanna and this is Mike. How are you doing? Good. How are you, Mike? Good. We're good. We're here at the Rocky Mountain. We're at Rocky Mountain Pickle for breast cancer today. And we are here with Karina Steiger. Did I say that right? And she is from the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She is the executive director here in Colorado. We're great to have you here. We are. That's a tongue twister, isn't it? Yeah. Sorry. I'm like, oh. I'm glad she was saying it because it would not have come off my tongue that way. So how are you doing today? I'm great. This is amazing being here, just being around all these incredible volunteers and fundraisers. And it's my first pickleball tournament. All right. Yeah. And you're a pickleballer? I'm not yet a pickleballer. So maybe this will be my new thing. Yeah. I love it. I'm a new one. I've been doing it for about five months and I love it. She was our 2-0 or better, but she's really moved up. So you better watch her. You got to watch her today. We'll see. I don't know. I'm a little nervous because it's three up and I'm like, oh, they're going to be good. Three to five. 3.5. So tell us about your foundation. I'm with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation here in Colorado. We do work throughout the year raising money and awareness for breast cancer. What a great thing. One in eight women are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. I actually was. I actually had it in 2016. So I'm a survivor. And how are you doing? I'm doing good. It was a struggle. And I'm actually going to do a little podcast. We're going to talk about it a little later. But it was amazing, that one in eight. Incredible. Yeah. And so Susan G. Komen, we're here in Colorado and nationwide raising money and awareness for breast cancer. So we fund research to find cures and more treatments for people with breast cancer, living with breast cancer. That's why we have such great rates of survival now is thanks to the research. That's awesome. And that's because of donations from events like today. And we also provide services for people living with breast cancer, survivors, their friends and family. And you can learn all about Komen and our resources at Komen.org. That's great. What a great thing. I mean, we need more of us to do good things. And this is a great thing. And the more money that we can raise, the faster and sooner that we're going to get better cures. And we're just so thankful for all these volunteers coming out doing something that they're passionate about and then turning it into awareness and dollars for breast cancer. It's just so exciting. We love it so much. Well, pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. So this is a great place to start. And it's a family. I mean, you play pickleball. It's a community. So that's the neat part with this, that the community rallies around everything. So I already see people everywhere here. So we're at the rallies. And what a great establishment. Have you ever played here? No, I haven't. This is incredible. And all the pink. And there's some incredible costumes. I wish people could see the costumes that we're using. Well, I think we'll take pictures. We'll post them on our site. Yeah, terrific. But this is great. I mean, is there anything that people could do today? Come down here? Go to your sites? Yeah, absolutely. I think coming on down to Relish, I think, is a great start. And then if you want to find more information, again, about coming or getting involved, maybe doing a different tournament throughout the year. If you're listening and you're interested in getting involved, my contact information is right there on the front page of Komen.org slash Colorado. And, again, my name is Karina. And we're always looking for volunteers and people just to do incredible things, like Dawn and her team are doing here today down at Pitbull. They're doing a great job. It's really – I mean, I'm excited to play and be part of this. Yeah, I mean, like I said, just like you said, what a great thing. We get to do something that we're passionate about. But we're also doing a great thing helping great people, you know, helping this out. So we thank you so much for being here and doing what you're doing. Pickleballers Next Door wants to do anything we can to help you. Yeah, we'll be talking. Yeah. Thank you, Karina. Thank you. Thank you. Have a great day. Have a great day. Thanks. Bye-bye. Hi, guys. Hey, we're here with Claire from Alive and Well up out of Boulder. I love the name. How are you, Claire? Thank you. I'm great. Thanks. I'm excited to be here. How are you? Yeah, we're excited to just meet you. We're here at Rocky Mountain Pickle Breast Cancer Fundraiser, and we're here at Relish. That's awesome. So are you a pickleball player? I am not, but my boyfriend is avid pickleball player. Come on, we've got to get you over here. We've got to get you here. Every day, two to three hours. So he's really good then. He is pretty good. Yeah. Yeah, and he just loves it. It just brings him so much joy. Yeah. So it's really wonderful to see. Well, us pickleballers need you because we need help, right? I mean, there's a lot of injuries, right? Hey, don't you go there. She's already starting. Yeah, she's bad to me. A lot of help. But we definitely need, I mean, people don't realize that there is, in this industry right now, there's more injuries than any other sport in the world. So we need people that can help us recover, get us playing better and longer. And as we get older, I hate to say it, we don't eat as well, right? We eat less. Yeah, yeah. So, and I'm sure this is just a tiny bit of what you could say. We could probably be on here an hour. So what do you do? Can you kind of explain everything that you kind of do? Yeah. So I'm manager at Alive and Well. We're a wellness center up in North Boulder. We have a lot of modalities. We really have a holistic viewpoint on health. So we have an IV lounge. We do IVs, vitamin shots and ozone therapy. We're doing an expansion soon. We'll have red light therapy, sauna and cold plunge. Wow. And then we also have a very large retail space. We have very high quality professional grade supplements, natural and organic skincare and cosmetics. And everyone that works on the floor, as soon as you walk in, is a licensed practitioner. So you're either speaking to a naturopath, an herbalist, a nutritionist, an esthetician. And you can come in for free and just get advice on what's going on. How nice. We just started offering peptides in our IV lounge. I like that. So that's great. I mean, just the research on peptides lately for recovery and injury is so incredible. So we're really excited to be offering that. We have BPC-157 and CJC right now. Well, it's all natural. I mean, we're not putting stuff in our body that's going to hurt us. Exactly. I mean, we were just talking about the stuff you buy at the stores. You don't know what's in it. I mean, we don't know. No. I mean, it's great. I'd rather you take something than nothing sometimes. Maybe. You probably have another opinion about that. It depends. I probably know. Yeah. But I mean, you know, we're just, I'm scared. I walk through the vitamin aisle or I go to one of the supplement shops and I'm like, what is all this? It's overwhelming. It really is. Oh my gosh. Yeah. And you're getting so much different information from different sources. It's hard to know what to believe and, you know, what's going to be best. A little spill over there. So it's nice to be able to come to a trusted place. We have so much research behind what we, we're very high standards as far as vetting our supplements and they're all third-party tested and really high quality. So it's exciting. I like it. I was so excited to get you on. That's what we want for the Pickleball, our fans and people and our audiences to go places that we know are getting help. You know what I mean? It just, there's just online too. I mean, look at online. You can read one day a banana is going to be great for you. And then next you shouldn't eat the banana that has a spot. You shouldn't eat that one. Like now I got to go through the bananas and see if there's a spot on it. I know. It's just horrible. Really tough. So this is a place you can go and get some great advice, get help. If you have some illnesses, they can help you with ways past. It sounds like they can help you get down there. Oh, absolutely. Yeah. And we also have a functional medicine clinic. So offsite, we have two other locations. They're both in Texas. So our flagship location is in Dallas and then we have an in Austin, but there's a functional medicine clinic there. You can meet with virtually if you're in Colorado. And they'll really do like test lab testing, give you a whole protocol. That's really a deep dive into root cause of disease so that people can really find healing and refine their purpose and joy and be able to live the life they want to live and play the way they want to play. Yeah. Playing pickleball. I mean, I've had a client 97 years old that I've actually, I'm a coach. So that's just crazy how long this, if you take care of yourself, you can go into the longevity of pickleball is a long life. It's a great game. Yeah. I love it. Well, and what are you going to do? I mean, everything we have out there is full of junk. So, I mean, there's no, I don't know how you even, it's a battle and I don't even know how to win almost sometimes, but at least you're here to try. And so anyway, if you could give us your shout out to where they could find you online and your emails and whatever. Absolutely. Yeah. So alive and well, we're in North Boulder next to the ideal market shopping center on Broadway and Alpine. So used to be the old pharmacist space. If anyone's been in Boulder for a while, they know that pharmacist was a standby and same practitioners. So we're open seven days a week and we're here, you know, today offering a performance IV. So really focused on endurance and repair. It's got seven, I think different potent ingredients in it. And the key behind that, the magic is that it bypasses the digestive system. It goes straight into the bloodstream and you're getting an entire like hydration from the bag of saline. It's the equivalent of drinking up to four gallons of water. Wow. And so I think we may need that. Yeah. So it really is an experience that you can't necessarily get otherwise, especially for also like immunity this season with cold and flu holidays coming up. Lots of people come in for treatments before or after travel. And we have a couple shots here to NAD is a big one that we sell a lot of. So yeah, I love it. Well, that's funny about you said, well, the hydration. I had a friend go to the doctor. He drinks a gallon a day and they said, you're dehydrated. He says, how, how am I dehydrated? Cause you get no electrolytes, electrolytes. There's no electrolytes and nothing. So as long as you think you're just getting your drinking water, you're not. And then all the others, the teas, the coffees, you're dehydrating your system. I know a little bit, a little bit to be dangerous. And like I said, just, but that's, it's not just water. There's a balance to this. So get ahold of them. They are awesome. She sounds wonderful. I'm going to be over here probably getting some type of shot because I'm going to play. We'll probably get a video of you getting a shot. I'll cry. Do I get a sucker with that? I mean, do you have a website? Yeah. People can kind of read up on you. Thank you. Yes. It's alive and well. Dot health. Okay. Well, thank you so much for being on the show. I'll probably see you in a second over there. Sounds good. Thank you. Bye. Hi guys. Hey, we are here with Dr. Charlotte Robinson and she's from the Alpine Fit Physical Therapy and Nutrition in Boulder. Correct? Out of Boulder. Yeah. Did I say that all right? You did. How are you Dr. Charlotte? Good. How are you guys doing? Good. How are you doing? We need you because you're for pickleball. So you are helping us pickleball players. It's so much fun. You work with Scott, right? Scott from Denver Iconics. Yep. Scott Flegelman's personal PT. Yeah. I work with him on pickleball. We partner with Rocky Mountain Pickle. I treat people that play pickleball all the time. My caseload is probably 50% pickleball players right now. Oh my gosh. That's awesome. It's so fun. I mean, not that they're hurt or anything, but it's awesome. I know. You know. You look at these two faces, we'll probably be there soon. Yeah. Right? Or today. Yeah, today. I mean, I played and I'm fine now. You're fine. All right. So you're the one that might need some help. Yeah, I might need some therapy today. Watch out Mike. Yeah, if you need anything, you let me know. All right. So give us a little breakdown of how this all works. How, like when a pickleball or, you know, what you do, how you evaluate them, figure out where to, how to help them. And the most injury. Yeah. Yeah. So, um, I always tell people that pickleball is a full body sport, right? Um, if we take a backhand, for example, you kind of have to do that split step, which requires ankle mobility. You have to be able to turn at your hips, your low back, your thoracic spine, your shoulders, your neck, your elbow, your wrist. There's a lot of stuff that goes into all these different shots. Um, and it's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. And it's it's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun. Um, but it's a lot of fun. And it's a lot of fun. And it's a lot of fun. Um, so we're kind of evaluating people head to toe. What is in the mix that is contributing to poor movement patterns that might be contributing to pain tightness, anything in the kinetic chain? Um, injury wise, obviously like upper extremity, I see a lot of shoulder and, um, that's a lot of pain. Yeah. Hey, I... That might be a little weird. I'll give you a movement analysis on the court later. I'll take notes. I'll let you know. When he's dancing out there. That's part of that move. I know. It might be involved in the blood. Yeah. Um, lower extremity, you know, a lot of hip low back knee. Um, lower extremity, you know, a lot of hip low back knee. I have a lot of plantar fasciitis and catch. That is my... Yeah. It's killing me. I've never... I've played lots of sports. I was a racquetball player. I've never had this fasciitis thing. But I get up in the morning and it feels like I'm going to fall over. Yeah. It hurts so bad. Well, a lot of people probably that are older like him probably have that problem too. Don't you dare. It has nothing to do with age. I play so well that you get it. Well, my question for you, Mike, would be... Well, my question for you, Mike, would be... When was the last time that you trained for impact and strength and power and explosiveness, acceleration, deceleration? Because that's all involved in pickleball, right? Yes, I don't. I do gym. I work out. I love fitness. But it's a total different workout. I mean, this is... Yeah. I haven't. So, truthfully, but it's not getting better. So, I really... I guess I am going to see you today or here soon because it's almost... Some days it's almost where I can't... Even I put my pickleball shoes on, it hurts. And once I play, I'm okay. It's the night when I stop. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. And with plantar fasciitis, it literally is. It kind of loosens up throughout the day. And then as soon as you stop moving, whether it's to sit down, drive home, when you're sleeping, it just like literally saran wraps and tightens back up. And then that first step in the morning is awful. My wife's like... She's so... Is this good for you? You look like you're walking like you're 90. I know. You don't walk as fast. Yeah. And he's like... No. I'm like, Mike, what are you doing back there? Yeah. No, I feel like I'm walking on my toes like a ballerina because it hurts. Yeah. I look like I'm doing a ballerina dance. Yeah. And so, I've thought about this a lot. And I think like being in Boulder as well. I don't know. You know, I can't speak for the whole United States or more than that. But in Boulder, specifically in Colorado, we have a lot of people that they did endurance sports. They did running. They did cycling. And they've never really done that impact, strength, power, acceleration, deceleration stuff, which pickleball requires. Or if you have, like yourself, Mike, like I said, when was the last time that you trained that? Not like that. I mean, you know, when you do weights, you do your calves, your chest, your shoulders. But you don't do any of that stop, you know, that fast, you know, quick. And then you're stopping. You're turning left, right, back up. I mean... And that's what pickleball is. It is. It really is. And the more you move up in it, the faster and harder it's getting. Exactly. Because I was fine when I started. Now that I'm leveling up and playing more, it's torture. I feel I'm scared because I feel like I'm going to have to not play because of it. Because you may have to kind of take a rest. I'm not, no. And I would say that's probably the biggest reason that people come see me is because everyone that plays pickleball is addicted to pickleball, right? They're like, are you going to make me play less? And I always say no, because they're not going to respect me if I say that. They're like, no, yeah, I want to keep playing. And I think like when I'm treating them, if you can feel better every time you play, that's an indication that what we're doing is working, right? And most everyone's goal, if they're a pickleball player, when they come in, their goal is to play more than they're playing or keep playing at the high level that they are. And to just give you an example of how complicated and convoluted these injuries can be, plantar fasciitis, like if I had to guess, you're probably lacking some great toe mobility. Your midfoot and your forefoot is really stiff. Your plantar fascia is tight. Your little intrinsic muscles in your foot isn't working. Your ankle's tight. Your calf is tight. You probably have some hip extension issues. Your quads are overfiring. I think I'm not. I'm going to be a good one. Your posterior chain is inhibited. Your thoracic spine probably isn't moving. This is hurting me talking about it. So that's like what I mean when I say like pickleball is a whole body sport, right? Like, and it needs to be treated as such. And unfortunately, I see a lot of people that they've been to other providers and they're only treating the foot or just the plantar fascia. And it really like, in a sport like this, yeah, it's everything. And you really kind of have to understand the sport and understand the demands that are being asked of people on the court. And also, like, it's so fun to work with the pickleball population because they're just so motivated to get back. Yeah, we're ready. Yeah, you guys are nice. Yeah, especially me. Well, I would like to set up a time after we get off here and set up a time and walk. Because I have, you can almost talk to 90% of these people and they have what I'm having. Oh, I know, yeah. You'll see we're kind of limping and this and you're like, dang, you know, and we don't say anything. But I'd like to come in and walk somebody through how this would work. Absolutely. We'll video it. Video it would be really good. Because this is, it's really big in this sport, especially, she has the tennis elbow and I have the feet thing. But I would love to do that with you and make this a video and make people understand that it's not as scary. You know, anytime you say doctor. I know, yeah. I mean, I'm scared to death of doctors. I mean, I don't even, I mean, if I go to as minimum as I can. So I'm thinking, knock on wood, I haven't had to go. But I mean, this is starting to get to you. And I don't know what to go, when you think of a regular doctor, like going to your regular family doctor, I just don't think they get what you're doing. And so they're going to give me medicine, inflammation. Yeah, get off it, don't play anymore. So I'm not going there. Two things, I don't want to take medicine and I don't, unless I have to, but I don't want to take medicine and I don't want to have to stop playing. If I have to, if it's like you said, if you don't stop, you're going to, it's going to get worse. But at the same time, by not getting it fixed, if I'm, maybe I'm saying this wrong, that I'm creating other problems in my body. Because you're compensating. Yes, exactly. So I really want to come see you because this is, it's getting bad. Yeah. It is. I don't move. And I get out of my bed. I have to sit, sit on there and move my feet. And I look like I'm 90 years old. It's a process to get out of bed. Don't you do it. Maybe they play pickleball. I don't remember that. Now we do know your age. Oh, don't you do it. She's just bad to me. No, yeah. Mike, I think that would be phenomenal. And you know, what I always tell people is the longer you wait on something, the longer it takes me to fix it. That's what I try to beat into my patients that come and see me now. Like if you have something that pops up, call me. We can talk through it. I'm more than happy to like give you a consultation over the phone. If you've waited and you've had this stuff for years now, you know, you've had tightness and weakness for probably 10 years prior at that point, if not more that we now have to work through. And the longer that you're having that pain signal, the harder things are going to be able to fix. Because research shows that you start getting like changes in your brain, you know, like nerve signals to muscles. Makes them tight. It changes like your literal brain, like homunculus sensory motor cortex stuff. Well, I better work fast because I don't have much left of the brain parts. Some of those people actually end up thinking that they'll come in and you should fix them in a day. The people that have probably taken about, you know, 10 years to get in usually. Right. They want to be fixed right away. Sorry, listeners. I'm trying to get a consultation while we're on the mic here. I'm going to be doing this. So, I mean, I just think I'm scared. I'm scared to fight. I'm scared that I won't get to really play pickleball. And I'm scared that there could be something more. Right. I'm just scared to death. Like they're going to, you know, I'm going to have to surgery or, I mean, but it's getting a point. This is painful. I mean, this is, I feel like it's bad. I don't know. I mean, it's not fun. And I have a lot of respect for you, Mike, that you could admit that like you're scared to kind of come in and see someone. I am. It terrifies me. I know. Because I just, I don't want the words of, you know, that there's something wrong, right. Or this is forever, you know, or you're going to have to wear this patch or take some medicine and just wake up and the little elves will fix me. You know, tomorrow I'm going to wake up and those elves haven't shown up. I'm like, damn it. I keep leaving the cookie ones. I started doing it because I like cookies. The Keebler elf ones. I think that like PT, it does really approach things differently, right? Like, I agree. If you probably went into a podiatrist, a foot specialist, that they'd probably give you some orthotics, try to give you a cortisone injection. For plantar fasciitis specifically, cortisone injections actually can weaken your plantar fascia, is what the research shows. And I really approach things from a movement perspective of how can we change your movement patterns to take stress off certain areas to keep you going. You know, I'm not a huge fan of giving people scary diagnosis. I'm not a huge fan of taking people off the court. Like I said, I think that a lot of things can be fixed through loosening up joints, loosening up muscles, fixing motor patterns, biomechanical movement patterns, muscle activation patterns. And I've had a lot of success with it so far. That's awesome. If I think back, I don't think that, and knock on wood, I don't think I've ever had a specialist to get any type of surgery that I've seen so far. That's awesome. Well, I'm going to come see you. This gives me some encouragement to talk about it, you know. Because TikTok and Amazon are like, I am paying hundreds of dollars, a thousand dollars probably in those different shoe inserts. And some are worse. Like some make it even worse. I've tried all this dumb stuff, pretty much dumb stuff that's bad. I'm sorry to hear that. And the problem is that there is a lot of misinformation out there, right? When you look this up online, oh my gosh. I have a nose problem and my ear drum's wrong. I mean, this is terrible. I'm like, well, I can wear earplugs and that'll make my feet feel better. Pretty soon I'm going to have all these things on me. That's why you always look so weird. So we do need to get them in. Some therapizing in more than one way. Yes. Can we do both this at the same time? A lot of times it is. I'm not going to lie. Well, this is awesome. I got to get out and play here pretty quick. So this was awesome. Where do they find you? Any kind of social media? Your website? Yeah, so we have a website, alpinefitpt.com or alpinefit.com. I can't remember. I can send it to you guys. We have a lot of pickleball content. We have our pickleball injury prevention guide. I've developed a dynamic warm-up specifically for playing pickleball. Dynamic warm-ups can reduce injury by 40 to 30 percent. So make sure that you're doing that. We have a ton of free stuff for you guys to just help support injury prevention. And we're located in Boulder. And yeah, I love helping the pickleball population. I'm going to be on here and we're going to get all our listeners and people to follow this and we're going to get people. I didn't even want to talk about it, but you got me talking. You're so nice that it was easy. You made me feel comfortable. And that's what I try to be. I'm the cool PT. You've got to be approachable to your patients. Because I was going to use the old I know somebody. Could you give me some ideas for my friend? Not me. I'm good. I'm strong. That's what we're looking for. For our listeners to help them. I love all the pickleball stuff because that's what we are. We're a pickleball podcast, but we need help. Yeah, and I know so much about injury like prevention and the stuff that I see. Like I said, it's literally 50 percent of my caseload. I treat Scott like getting him back on the court after his calf strain after like a month. And then he was named MVP by someone. I don't see it much because the brains part. You don't think it worked too much on the brains part of it, do you? No, I don't need that. Well, anyway, you are very wonderful to have on. And I want to I will be making an appointment today or tomorrow. Yeah, I can't wait to help fix you, Mike. I know. I'm going to cry a little bit. I can't wait. All right, I'll wipe your tears. I bring my dogs to work with me every day to Burton and Moose. I think the dog, the dog, I'll call you from my car. I'm coming in. Come out and hold your hand. Come on, please. We will get this on video. No, I won't do that. I'll be a man when I'm walking out. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for having me. This is so much fun. Have a great day. Thank you. OK. Hi, guys. We're here at Relish for the breast cancer tournament. How are you, Don? I'm doing great. Oh, my gosh. You guys are both here. Thank you. Thank you for doing all this. Wonderful. I don't know how you do it. How do you do it? Well, the community comes together. And you're still smiling. She's smiling, but she's like, you're going to need a vacation for sure. And this summer, we did the Children's Shimmering Wing and Aaron's Camp, which is a grief camp for children. Oh, wow. Which is a really cool event, too, as well. So we actually ended up sponsoring 10 children to go to camp. We raised about $4,000. How fun is that? We're here with Pickballers Next Door to support you. And you do a great job. I mean, we do a lot of events and this runs so smooth. Very well ran. Thank you. How do you feel? My whole goal here is you can exclude me all day long for who I include, right? This is about community. This is about building relationships. This is about bringing Pickleball to everyone. And it's about doing something and coming together and making something like this happen. Dawn's the bomb. She is the bomb. Was that our pirate over there? That's our pirate. That's funny. She won the costume contest. Yes, she did. That's all right. Well, this is a pleasure to be here and thank you for inviting us and playing. That was fun. I didn't take first. I do have a nice bag. You do. Thank you so much. He may not be bringing a home. I may be taking it. So what's next on the agenda? So we, as a board, we haven't met yet to kind of do the planning for 2025. What we do have is anybody who is a member of Rocky Mountain Pickle, we're a nonprofit club, so you become an owner. So at the end of the year, we have our annual owners meeting where we do a show. Last year, and I believe we're going to do it again this year, is an improv about pickleball. Oh, how fun. There's an improv location in I think they're Louisville, Colorado, so we'll have you guys out for that. It's called the flip side. Oh, yes. And one of our board members actually owns that. So I'm hoping we can do that and then we'll start looking at cancer and breast cancer. Just because, as you know, we have a tremendous amount of people who are thriving and surviving these type of cancers. And so those are really important. But then we've done stuff for children, for animals. We're pretty open to what somebody needs and we want to be part of building the community. That's so great. So where can people, if they couldn't make it today, where can they go? Right. So any money that comes in today or, you know, they can earmark it at Venmo. They can Venmo it to Rocky Dash Mountain Dash Pickle. And again, because we're a nonprofit, we do put out a cost sheet of exactly what we took in and what is then donated, what our expenses are, what's donated. So it's really nice. We try to be as transparent as possible for everything that we're doing. And so that makes it really nice. But I do hope that we can do some really fun events coming up in 2020. And we'll be at it. Oh, yeah. We'll be there. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. It takes some people to do something to make a world a better place. And that's what you're doing. And we're you know, people joining. So we are Rocky Mountain P.I. K.L. And P.I. K.L. stands for people into kindness and love. I love it. That's who we are. Yeah. And you can find us on Instagram. You can find us on Facebook. You know, we are on Team Reach for those people who want to join on Team Reach. I mean, we are out there and our whole goal is to continue to support and build our community. Yeah, we will be. We're going to put you on our website and all our information. Anything we do, you're going to be part of it. That's awesome. So and we just love being around you. You're so fun. Yeah. I smile on her face all the time. And you get hugs. I get hugs all the time. You got hugs. I get hugs. You don't get hugs. You haven't earned your hugs yet. I know because I wasn't playing very well. No. You know what? Again, it's about how do we bring to one another an opportunity for a smile, an opportunity for love. How do we walk our talk? Who are we? And we need to be people into kindness and love. And we need to make love our superpower. There needs to be so much more of that. I mean, in this world. Yeah. And she needs to do it to me because she's mean to me a lot. Is she? Yeah. Do I look like I can be mean? Yeah. That's between us. Okay, Mike? No. Well, we appreciate you so much and thank you. Yeah. Thank you so much. And we'll find out what the new schedule is and we'll be here forever. And we'll post it. We'll get together. I love it. Thank you. Thank you. It's such a blessing to have you both here. Thank you. Thank you so much. Have a great day. Bye. Take care. Tired of the same old, same old? Discover a Sweet Sip Nano CBD Sparkling Sodas.
