And we're here, we're just kind of hanging at a pickleball facility. We wanted to kind of talk about just pickleball and, you know, just the play and different things. What do you think, Mike? Well, I think that, you know, we're here and, you know, I mean, pickleball is so fun and simple and it's, anybody can do it, from children to seniors. My problem is, is that we're not really hearing about, there are some safety things that need to be addressed. The eyes and the shoe wear. I mean. Oh, definitely. Those two are huge. And when you're coming to a new facility and they put that new floor in, it's like sandpaper. This thing grabs you. And if you have the wrong shoe, you're either going to twist an ankle, you're going to break an ankle, you're going to pull an Achilles. I mean, it's not good. And these course shoes today, I mean, out here, I mean, there's so many brands now since I've started. But I mean, you can buy literally shoes for $50. So you kind of have a couple, right? I do. A lot of people do. Do you have a couple pairs of shoes? Well, I have 300 pairs. That's a little different. Yeah, I've got 300 pairs. I love shoes. I already have in Pickleball shoes. I probably have at least 15 pairs. Okay, so are Pickleball shoes specifically for Pickleball? Or are there certain shoes that you can buy that you could use for other? They're court shoes. You just want to, what my recommendation is in talking to people that are specialists in this are court shoes. Court shoes? Your court shoes are flat. Basketball court? Yeah, pretty much almost. Well, basketball now you're talking a whole different thing. High tops, which you can look really cool, like if you're back in the 80s. As long as they're pink. As long as they're pink and they got the high and you leave the tongue out. Remember that? Right. But yeah, I wouldn't remember that, but you would. Yeah, of course. Of course, because I'm younger. But the thing of it is that they're court shoes. For more like, think about tennis, racquetball, you know, any kind of like tennis, racquet sport. Basketball is a little different because they're specially made for the wood courts, jumping. They have a different way that you're moving your foot. And so tell me, would you have different shoes for indoor courts and outdoor courts? I don't know. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. Most of your indoor courts. Are basketball courts? No, no. Most of your indoor courts are your outside courts put inside. Okay. So, you know, if you play now, if you go back in years from now, before all these, like we have 21 courts here in Colorado. So 21 indoor facilities that are inside that have pickleball courts. So now you go back, you go back here four years ago, five years ago, there was one facility that was an indoor court. So everything was outside or you were playing at a rec center. And so that's one thing I know that I got confused on when I was first starting is you got these indoor courts and you got these outdoor courts. And then there's indoor balls and outdoor balls. And then I'm like, well, why are we using an outdoor ball inside? And that's not because it's inside. It's because of the court. Correct? It was because it was a pretty color. Yeah. Different color. Yes. Okay. No, but it was realistically was how the ball reflects off the floor. So when you're working off of a wood floor, you have holes, about 20 holes in that ball. It has less, it has less holes in it so that that ball doesn't skip as much. When you have more holes, it's going to skip on a wood floor. So the play is a lot different when you play on a rec floor, like a hardwood floor compared to like you're going to play on a concrete floor outside. So, yeah, a lot of people didn't know that. I mean, I remember we did a contest and asked, just we asked people how many holes are in a pickleball. Yeah, in outside pickleball. And only a few people knew that. Yeah. It was amazing that they didn't. And they didn't, when you told them 40, their eyes got giant. They were like, okay, I want to see a ball. I need to count them. There's no way. Yeah. Unless you have a little pen and you're marking each one. I'd like to see that. We should do that on a video for Instagram. Yeah. So that's, so when I'm here watching, I get it. People, this sport, you can come in your underwear, you can come in your pajamas. But I'm telling you, these are two things. So the two things that you would always suggest is you've got to make sure you've got good shoes. And eyewear. And then eyewear. Yeah. So I, you know what, I've been hit actually. So I had my sunglasses on outside and I got hit, it would have hit right in the middle of my eye. And it was hard because it hit and bounced off. And then I've been hitting my, I had kitchen blockers on and it protected me right around here with my cheekbone kind of. It hit there. But that hurts when it's dangerous. It is. I mean, and here's, you know, there's another thing too is, and I know this has been challenged too. But the funny part is if you're in more of the beginner stage, there's more chance of actually getting hit with the paddle than the ball. Yes. Because we're swinging. We're like swinging for flies, I call it. Like you're just. You mean in the beginner? In the beginner. Like, yeah, yeah. I mean, you, you now, as you have leveled up to a 2-0. I mean, I'm just joking. You level, you know, she's coming up into the 3-5 here now. You heard that, right? Everybody, everybody heard that. I'll lie. We'd have to have her tested, but I'll go there. I do mind get tested. Yeah, we do. Yeah. Well, that's, that's a different type of test. Well, okay. So yeah. My IQ. Yeah, the peg test is a different test from this. But yeah. So yeah, you're, it is important to wear glasses and, but you're getting, you can hit, but by the paddle, people don't think about that, but think about how close you're playing to somebody. You, they're just swinging and we've ran into, I've almost knocked you out. Knocked you over. Yes. Yes. Officially he has almost knocked me out. Out of the court. Out of the court. I'm like, oh, thanks Mike. It's on, you know, especially when you become a more advanced player. And you're competitive. I'm competitive and I'm on, and I'm on the, I'm, I'm on the right. I'm on the, um, but, but this is something that really, why we're having this podcast this morning is that we're here with 16 courts going flowing brand new. And we see half the people without eye gear or without some type of, uh, read the right shoes. You know what I'm looking at too. I know that we got some pros on one of the courts and all of them have eye gear. They all have eye gear. Let me tell you that they have done, they have, they have done a speed test with the pros and this ball gets moving 70 plus miles an hour. Well, and you don't have to be a pro to have a really hard ball. No, you don't. And you don't know who you're getting in the court all the time. If it's an open play, I have seen more people get hit in the eye by a reflection from their partner, hitting a ball that they were going to hit a ball and it reflected off the edge of their paddle and hit them right in the eye or in the face. And I'm telling you, it's not a fun thing, but you know, we're going to talk about a couple of different eyeglasses, but I'm going to tell you from the top, we really think that kitchen blockers is probably one of the best ones. The reason I like them. Yeah, go ahead. Oh, sorry. I interrupted you. No, you're okay. Yeah. Um, the reason I like them is because they don't have the lenses and I know that I always get fogged up even though I'm not like you there for a while. Yeah. But, and you know, but you always get that like, you can't see. We sweat and especially you have a lot of hair. You're not trying to fight them in your glass. It's not sitting in your glasses, but I'm going to tell you this, go to, go to Home Depot, get some 90 cents goggle glasses that we use in construction, any of those. But if you're going to be a pickleballer and you want to look cool. Yeah. Oh, then I got to say I look cool. So does Mike looks cool in those kitchen blockers and Pecky and Saspo. Like they're the coolest. They really are. Cooler than anybody. They do look cool. So we're, you know, we do kitchen blockers. We think they've done a great thing. I mean, their, their product is actually been very tested. I actually have a video of you guys ever want to go back. I don't know if it's on YouTube or it's one of our sites, but I actually took a, which I don't recommend doing this, but I took a, a ball machine and let it shoot me in the face at my glass. Yeah. That was a very popular. It was on Instagram. It was horrible because it's very hard to judge to hit your eye. It hit me in the forehead. It hit me in my nose. It actually hurt. I don't recommend it. How fast was the ball? Do you think? I don't whatever, however fast it was, it hurt. I'm going to tell you that I'm not going to be ever the one that's behind there getting that. So you get all that. You get all that fun. I take that. But it was a point to just say that, you know, but when I'm here, we, we brought this up today because we are here and we are at clubs every day, all week, every day we travel. We just got back from the, um, the nationals in San Diego. These are people that are playing tournaments and half those people, 60 courts going on to had either most shoes look better than most places, but a lot of people think that if they wear a hat, that they're protected by a ball. You're not. You're not. And you know what? It changes your life. I mean, one thing you don't want to have a torn cornea. You don't want to. Yeah. I mean, it will change your sight. You're, it will. I, there's so many things with your eyes that you need for work. You know, it's a fun game and all, but you also got to make a living or you gotta, you gotta live. What do you think as a podcaster? I got all this beauty going on. I mean, I got to keep this. We don't want you to have a patch or anything. That would be weird. That'd be weird. But, uh, I guess, uh, you know, I'm glad we're talking about this because, you know, and I know guys, we get out here that we are growing so fast that the pickleball in the world out here with all the great people we're meeting that we don't get this chance to like have these one-on-ones and we're trying to do more of these. So please, we just always get these great people that are coming on from pickle mats to what's the king, uh, king court. Pickleball kingdom. Yeah. We just get chances to really, um, talk to a lot of fun people. And so then it's not Mike and I don't get to talk much. We don't actually, we don't talk to each other except for on podcasting. You know, we don't like each other. You know, we throw things at each other. That's why we haven't put stuff on video because it gets ugly here. Yeah. It's abusive. I got Mike on the ground. I'm just smacking me. She's made me cry. Whack. Yeah. I've cried. I've cried on this show with a ball. I just make sure I just hit that ball. That's why I wear my glasses. So you can't hit me in the eye. You know how important it is. But, uh, you know, same with those shoes. I'm going to go back there. Um, guys, this is not your normal everyday, like walking concrete outside. It's specially made to grip. And, um, I'll tell you this too. And it gets, you play outside and this stuff gets wet. It's like ice, you know, and it's, it's not worth your, your, your back, your legs. Well, this is lifetime injury. I mean, you're done. You're done playing. Like Tara MCL or any of that. I mean, that's our, it's years to come back from that. It really is. And, um, I'm even doing some other sports now, Padel, which I really like. Okay. No, they're, they are indoor courts and you would have the same shoes. Oh my gosh. Same shoes. There are a little, because you're playing on like a turf. It's super. So they'd be different. They do make a special Padel shoe. Okay. Because you're, it's the weirdest thing. You're playing on a grass. Okay. That has sand in it. So it's weird. Like when you come out of these courts and there's a little bit of sand, you feel like you're in an ice ring. So they make some shoes that, that grip a little bit more for that situation. Now, and you're just playing to direct here. You don't have to go fancy. If you play like what a level I like to play out, I go fancy. Plus you want to, you got to look cool. I don't care. I like to, I I'm not the best golfer in the world, but when you see me dress for golf, you're going to say that guy must be a pro. Really? Yeah. I haven't seen you play golf. Well, you do. You'll know. You're going to be like, is that a pro? Oh, is that Mike? Yeah. He looks like a pro. Look at him. Yeah. And then you watch me hit a ball and you're like, he sucks. And then he walks by and he doesn't even talk to you. Exactly. That's what my autograph. Yeah. Well, do you, okay. So Padel, you have to have that. Right. You want to talk to this ball moves 130 miles an hour. Okay. I suggest I got hit for my first time last week and it felt like it came out of a machine. Did you squeal? I did a little, it was like something like that. I did give a little, you know, like you lost your breath. Right. Well, it scared me. Yeah. Like it just, it just like my heart. Yeah. I would be scared to get a hit in my heart. That thing, like it hit me right in the chest. Actually that can cause problems. I probably could. It probably reset me. Right. Oh no. Probably need that here. Here, aim here and put a little target. But yeah, guys, I mean, listen, you don't have to have the best, but start with something and get used to it. Cause here's the problem is once you start playing without it, you get used to doing that. And it's a bad, bad habit. And you're, if you're a beginner and you're playing with beginners, you don't really think you don't know, but even beginners hit and accidentally will hit you. The thing that I have found, like even in all the inside courts, what I have a problem with, uh, even when I have glasses, um, is the lighting sometimes is really hard. Like it's, um, so if you have any of the glasses, they're weird. Like you just got to get used to everything that you put, right. Play with it. We have a, there's a, if you play a lot of outside in different lighting, most of these, all these courts indoor have different lighting. Yeah. There's some consistency with some of the franchises, but most of them have all different lighting. There's one place I go that I always think I get a migraine from the lighting. I don't know why, but I would never say who you could, but we, uh, so there are some other companies like Franklin has on a pretty neat set that I got. Remember we were out there. Yeah. Have you used those? I've used those and they have different lenses. I still got the, uh, you still have it in the box. Yeah. Well, they're great. You know, they're good. Here's a difference. It's good to have. It depends like how we play. Me and you work trying. We play, we love pickleball and we would play it seven days a week all day long if we could. But, so when we're playing outside, that's what's nice with some of the different companies that you have to have. I mean, you know, you do have to have some, uh, so some sunglasses. Yeah. You don't want to burn. You're going to hurt your eyes. Yeah. Period. Especially if you have sensitive eyes when you get migraines and stuff. So that is definitely something that you would have to do. But I have to say that we are all moving indoors. I mean, there wouldn't be 21 courts here in four years if we weren't people. There's no wind here. It's air conditioned. We got a nice little Tata or Tata or something. Latte. Latte. Tata. Tata. I don't know. Can I explain what a Tata is? I have no idea. But you can have a drink. You can have food here. I mean, you know, um, so it is nice. I mean, it's funny how many indoor courts there are. But you know, there's a new, I just heard, um, over in Highlands Ranch. There's, um, I think 19 off of like C470 and, um, Broadway actually. And I suppose those are nice. Oh yeah. We're going to, I mean, we'll, you'll be hearing this next year. We go to all the outdoor, indoor events. So we are, it doesn't matter where, if you have pickleball, you want to do it in your garage, call us. We'll come over and do it. And if you have barbecue, we'll really come over. But it's gotta be good barbecue because I'm not a barbecuist. Whatever that is. The barbecue here yesterday. Outlaw barbecue, which is, um, really close to, um, third shot. Man, that was like some, that was some good. Oh yeah. Make you slap your mama. Yeah. Did you? No, I didn't slap my mama. Mama always slapped me. Oh, that's good. Yeah. That's all. My face looks a little funny on this side. Yeah. Good. She slapped the heck out of me. I need to have a talk with her. She needs to slap you a little more. That's why my head, you always think it's big. It's just swollen. Yeah. So, but we, uh, you know, guys, we love you out there and this is just, we're going to bring, we are going to get some eye doctors and foot people. There's some of these things coming for the future. We're not the specialist. We're just telling you, it made us aware of this yesterday as we are playing out here and at this, you know, opening. And we just don't know how to tell people like you don't know what you're risking. Why? Why risk something when it's a piece of plastic for 99 cents? Now, like I said, those aren't comfortable. They're going to sweat. They're going to get all, but if you want to try it out and just make sure you've got to get used to them and you're going to be, when you put them on, you're going to cry like a little baby being like, yeah, they smudge and I sweat. Well, that's why you got to go with, this is why you got to step up a little bit for to the kitchen blockers. I mean, come on. You know what? It's insurance. Like you, you know what you, you, you do not want to deal with an injury on the shoes and the stuff. If you're going to play, you need to have at least this stuff that makes it where you're not going to get really hurt. I mean, um, I know we do know a lot of people that, uh, with injuries, like they see a ton of injuries, like Lamarcus, um, with pro align. He sees a ton of injuries with, um, pickleball. Pickleball. Yeah. And, and I think that we had talked to you and I had talked about, um, possibly talking more about the injuries and helping you. That's another thing that, right. I guess I'm a little bad at. The injuries are coming from not warming up. I mean, here, this is, this is a whole podcast, but we are going to have specialists on. We actually are secretly working on a little book, possibly come in the future. That'll get, that will give to you. That'll have some stretches, dehydration. We have, we have a high, we have hydration. Oh my gosh. We have Holy, which is awesome. Um, you know, they handle your, from your start to finish, which I really love. It's not just post game. Another thing you guys know this. So when you're hearing this podcast, you're going to know how many times you get on a court and you get off, you don't take breaks. Like you will go to, I will go two hours and sip a little tiny sip and think that's doing me something. I don't eat no food. We're not taking care of ourselves. That's a whole podcast. So we're going to have some specialists on and all this, but we want to bring it. This is we're real people. Some of us. I just got created the other day. Yeah. We need to break that mold. Throw that away. Dig it deep. Throw it away, man. But yeah, we want to come at you from pickleballers next door telling you we are just the normal people going out here. But we get to see all this one. You know, you're just going out. You're going to beat your friends. Get those glasses. Get some shoes. Don't cut. Oh, and you know what? Send us pictures. Yeah. Send us pictures to info at pickleballers next door dot com and we will post them on our Instagram. We will promote all of you guys saying this, this person's wearing glasses because they're smart. I don't want to call him. I mean, I don't want to call anybody dumb or anything on this, but I just worry about everybody that doesn't. I think the game. Here's what I think. I don't. I even know you calling people dumb. I'm not. I think that they get it. I didn't. I said I didn't want to call anybody. No, but I think the thing of it is, is that it this is one of those games. That's so exciting. Like think how fast you get ready because one, you want to be first on the court. So if there's not like there's only one court and there's six of you, you're trying to throw your shoes on, get your power. I don't need those. You don't need anything. You want to get out there and play. Guys, take five minutes, five minutes, stretch a little bit, drink some water, put glasses on, make sure you have the right shoes on. Yes. You know, I mean, come on. There's a lot of shoes out there that you could sport around that. I bet you there's hot. Oh yeah. I see hot pink out there. Oh, I see. So many pretty colors out there. Yeah. I know we're beating a dead horse here, but it's serious. Like, please take pick of ours next door here that we are putting out a not nothing that you don't know. I always, we always have this conversation, right? Why do we do dumb things? And then we get mad when something bad happens. I don't get that. I do that in business. You do that in business. You're like, well, these are probably the ones you were just calling the dumb people or something. I mean, but I, I wouldn't, I, you know, I don't call people out. I don't call people dumb. We don't ever call anybody dumb. I think that it's, it's reaction, right? You're getting here. You're ready to go. I'm going to hit that pick ball. I'm going to have the best serve today. I'm body bagging somebody. Right. Yeah. Yeah. No, get, take five minutes. Five minutes. I'm yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. I hit you in the head. I'm so sorry. Get those glasses on. Yes. As the play progresses. You really want them because the ball is getting harder and harder. Yeah. When you think about this, when you're playing with lower levels and you're an upper level, it's chaos. Like the ball, you don't know where the ball is coming. Paddles are swinging. You're running into people. Like you said, I've been hit with my partner, the ball hitting at me. Yeah. Because they accidentally hit the side or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. Think about your environment. And when you're moving to, I mean, this is where the shoes are important. First of all, as a coach, if I play with you and I'm coaching you, I'm going to tell you, you're going to set yourself. Stop, hit, you know, and don't, don't be moving through the ball. There's times you can do that, but you want to stop and set. If you're sliding all over, what do you think you're going to do? You're going to pull an ankle. You're going to hurt your knees. Your back's going to hurt. It's not worth it. And then what happens? You can't play or you're going to hurt. Or it gets worse. Yeah. You see us now. I tell you that we say we won't do that, but you can, I'll have bandages on. I tape my feet up. I mean, it's your mouth. Yeah. Yeah. See, I fell right into that one. That's good. So, well, anyway, patch on the eye. So is there anything else? So like, actually, I just want to note this. I don't think there's anything right now out there. And I would say only maybe 25% of the people here have any kind of protection. They probably have the shoes. I would say a lot of them do have the right shoes, but they just, it's the, and it's growing. Actually, you know, I was doing a little research. It may not be a lot of people that are being hit, but that number is growing. 2024 was almost the, you know, I think double the amount in six years before. But of course, like a sport is growing. So of course you're going to see more, but, and harder. Yeah, actually it's getting harder and harder. You got the tennis players coming in that rip a ball. Yeah. If you play with anybody that comes and they walk right into this, especially if they're a good tennis player. It takes them a few games and they're ripping the ball at you. Cause they just, they court, you can fit four courts, a pickleball in one and one tennis court. So imagine now you all of a sudden you're like, wow, I can just kill the ball. You know what I mean? I think this is something that we do. And I'm going to throw this and we haven't talked about it. But one of the things that we should do is people that DM us will have a chance to get a pair of kitchen blockers from us. Oh yeah. Why don't we do that? Or in a pair of shoes. We'll do a pair of shoes. If you DM us, we will get you some gift certificates from, you know, from either kitchen blocker or one of our shoe. People that we know, all the manufacturers that we know. Manufacturers and we will get you one. We give one. Well, this is a competition, right? So it will be in a drawing or something. Whoever DMs us, we'll put your name in the, and then we'll draw it in maybe by summer or something. Yeah, we'll do it here by the summer. And we'll do, if you send us a good picture, we'll put it out on our, on our site as long as everybody's okay with that. Yeah, we'll send it and then we'll have maybe people vote. Yeah. And we're probably going to start handing some stuff out about it. You know, when we see people without it, we're going to give some gift certificates, tickets. I'm thinking about going and buying a bunch of 99 cent glasses and just having them with us. Yeah, we should do that. I mean, because why would we not? Now we're sitting here telling, when I think I hate about crazy people that want to complain and talk about how somebody should do something. Well, let's do something. Well, you are a little crazy though. I mean, you are the crazy person. So, I mean, but yeah, but that's a smart idea. So we're going to come up with some stuff. We're going to talk more about this. Thank you guys. We also want to say thank you for being our great list of listening to us and downloading. We are getting from every direction. You guys are coming and we're loving it. Thank you. We had some, and they'll probably get, they will listen. Hopefully. We had two women yesterday that said, we just started listening to you two days ago. We love you. We're going to go see, we're going to go see Mood Swing. And a shout out to you guys. I know you know who you are. Thank you. They were smiling as can be. Very sweet. Yeah, we got, there's so many people that are coming up to us now telling us that they love to listen to us and we're happy. That makes us happy. It does make us happy. And that's why we were talking here yesterday at a podcast that like how we got to get a little more touch with me and you talking about things. Yeah. But we have so many people calling us that want to go on air and talk about, you know, we're trying, but we're going to try really a lot harder to get to some of these things for you pickleballers to talk about injuries. Talk about eyewear. Talk about how we can make it better. Hydration, clothing that maybe that wicks up better. That's better for the sun. There's actually special shirts to wear outside that can keep you from getting sun cancer. Yeah. I think we met somebody at USA Pickleball that did that. Yeah. But you guys don't, again, we call it living vicariously through us. Because you may never see it if you, if they're not at the same facility or something or any of these events that we are at. Well, how many times am I going to, I'm going to play pickleball today. Let me get online and look up some clothing that I might be helped me. You know, it's not that you're thinking pickleball. We're going to go play pickleball. Yeah, exactly. But I, I just want to shout out to everybody, all the great people that are around us, surrounding us, all the clubs that have supported us and still supporting us. And we've got some fun things coming that we'll mention here next on the next one or the next few podcasts. Yeah, and probably talk about it and maybe have some guests that want to talk about it a little more. Yeah. Do, maybe people can DM us too. Is there something that you do want us to talk about? Like, is there something like, do we want to do how to play pickleball, you know, for all the beginners? Is there, or the scoring, because I know even like yesterday when we were here and we did do a little play, everybody's like, you know, I'm just kind of beginning. I do know how to play, but I don't know that the scoring is so confusing. It is, it really is. And maybe we do that and maybe the, go over the, you know, the body bag, the dirty Nelson and what that means because not everybody knows. The dirty Nelson, huh? The dirty Nelson. She has her own, she plays her own kind of game, so that's okay. So, but yeah, just be careful of the dirty Nelson, but be careful guys. You got to watch that one. I'm going to be watching out for the dirty Nelson, but love her to death. The nasty Nelson, sorry. No, yours is the dirty, the dirty Nelson. It's because of the dirty Dave. Dirty Dave, yeah, I got it. Anyway, guys, keep listening. Thank you. Keep supporting. See what we can do to make this a better show for you. We are just, and again, if I have 1500 contacts of different pickleball people in my phone, if you want something, you need to know something. I bet I can make a phone call and have that person either on here or give you some great information back. But we don't know what we don't know. So if you don't contact us, we don't know. And the thing is, is we are on Instagram. We are on TikTok. It's all pickleballers next door. We are, our website is pickleballersnextdoor.com. We, you know, we're, we personally are the ones that will send a message back to you. Like you are actually talking to Mike and Krisanna here where we will actually respond to you. It's not a robot. It's us, actually. You can tell because the robot would be smart, right? Yeah, right. You know, because our grammar and everything. Don't worry about that. You know it's us. We're pickleballers. We don't need to be smart. Right? Yeah. Yeah. We just got to know how to hit the ball. Yeah. Wear the glasses. Wear the glasses. Wear the right shoes. Yep. Those are probably the number two things. Hydrate. And my next two would be make sure to warm up and hydrate. Warming up at the net, hitting a ball over back and forth and saying, are you ready to run a hundred miles in our body? No. And twist. Take your time. It's not worth the injuries that now you don't get to play for months because you pulled a rotator cuff. Your knee is twisted. Your ankles. You pulled your calves. I mean, we see it every day. Yeah. I'm bad at that. I am. I'm here saying this, right? And I'm just the first guy that's running on that court ready to play. It's so exciting. I get it. So would you say warming up, are you warming up like where you're hitting the ball over the net? No. Before you even get in there, stretch out a little bit. Yeah. Rotate your shoulders a little bit. Twist. Work your wrists. Work your joints a little bit. Let them know that you're about to go into super drive. And that's what happens. But hitting a net over going, hey, are you ready to go? And you hit a ball back and forth over. You do some dinking. And that does not work. That's not really warming up. No. Yeah. There is some. We will have soon on our YouTube. I'll put some stuff out there that will actually show you some great warmups to do while you're doing at the net. Like doing some move to your partner back and forth. Get those knees moving. Move back and forth from the net. We're not even properly warming up anymore. It's hit about three or four balls. We're ready to go. Because we don't want to lose that hour. We know how valuable this pickleball hour is, right? Everybody's so busy. And maybe just take the time and know, you know what? Maybe it just will help. Maybe you'll have a better game too, though. Right. You know, if you're not all stiff and you'll have a better warmup. So I know you guys are hearing this out there. You're going to keep hearing it. We're going to talk a lot about it. We're going to bring people in to talk about it. So, thank you. My Pickleball Hours Next Door fans and the new people that have come on. All the clubs. Thank you. Thank you from Denver Iconics. Thank you all the other brands. I mean. Everybody that supported us. Oh, my gosh. With any of the. Events that we've done. Sponsorships. The events that we've been. We really appreciate everybody supporting us. We do. We're excited. We're excited for 2026 to. Pan out. And just kind of. I think there's a lot. I don't even know how we're going to do it. Honestly. Tell you the truth. The stuff that we have in our little. In our on our whiteboard. In our notebook. And everything. And all the people that are contacting us. Never knew it was going to be a problem. Right. When we started. We used to be wishing. Like. Should we just breathe in the mics. And hope that. You know. Something good comes out. Now. You do do that sometimes. I do breathe a lot in the mic. Are you okay? I think I just excited. I know. You got to worry about you there. I'm always excited. I mean. If you know me in person. Or you've met me. I'm a go go. You are. Crazy person. You are. You're just. You are. I don't stop. Excited about it. Yep. I love it. I love pickleball. How can you not? I mean. How can you not? I just love it. Yeah. I have to turn away. She's looking at the courts. I have to turn away. And I'm going to tell you guys something new. I'm actually learning Padel. And I'd like to. I think. It actually has helped my pickleball. But if you guys want a little challenge. Or something a little bit new. We're going to bring in the Padel a little bit. Just to talk about. Yeah. I know we're pickleballers. But I'm telling you. The Padel is really close to pickleball. Just something different. Something different. And the people. The funny part. All the people I'm playing with in Padel. Are pickleball people. Most of them. Yeah. So they're like. Yeah. I just. I'd like to. I still got to try it. So. I don't know. I'll let you in. I'm afraid that. I might fall. They're almost going to take your paddle away here at pickleball. They may. They could. Yeah. They might. We have to kind of like. Have you like. Check in. You know what? I'll be the photographer. Alright. I will watch. I will commentate. I will laugh. Especially at you. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. I appreciate that. Yes. Anytime. Alright guys. Thank you again. Thank you guys. Have a wonderful day. We would love for you to listen to it and we would love you to listen to it several times. Love it. Love you guys. Bye-bye. Take care. Bye. Every professional athlete, from football to tennis, relies on electrolytes to stay strong and recover fast. Why? Because sweat takes away more than water. It drains essential minerals like sodium and potassium. Without them, your body slows down and your game slips. Pickleball is no different. That's why Holi is packed with the electrolytes you need to stay sharp, fueled, and ready to play longer. Visit holiperformance.com.
